Kittens are living beings, not ordinary products. That is why any return, rehoming or warranty review is handled case by case, with documentation and a sense of responsibility.
Health cases
If a serious veterinary diagnosis appears shortly after delivery, contact us right away with the relevant documents. We will assess the case within the framework of the health guarantee.
Changing family circumstances
If you can no longer keep the kitten, let us know as soon as possible. We will help find a responsible solution and avoid uncontrolled handovers to third parties.
