Yes. WhatsApp is the fastest channel for initial questions, availability and following up on an inquiry. For a formal reservation we also ask for basic details by form or written message.
Yes. We remain available for reasonable questions about adaptation, feeding, hygiene, rest and first routines. Coming home is an important stage and should be handled calmly.
